8458 洛钦代表菲方再次对中国抗击新冠肺炎疫情表示坚定支持，祝贺中国迄今取得的重要成果。 Locsin reiterated firm support for China's fight against COVID-19 on behalf of the Philippine side, and commended China for the progress it has made.
