8723 中央广播电视总台国广记者：据报道，针对中俄等八国日前致函联合国秘书长古特雷斯要求解除妨碍抗疫的制裁措施， CRI: Eight countries including China and Russia wrote a letter to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, asking him to call for lifting sanctions that are hampering the fight against COVID-19.
