5310 3月25日，《海南省新冠肺炎疫情防控期间居家隔离人员分类管理指引》印发并明确，过去14天有发生疫情国家或地区旅居史且满足居家隔离条件的人员，以及目前正在采取居家隔离措施的其他境外来琼人员要进行封闭式居家观察。 On March 25, the Guidelines for Classified Management of Home Quarantine During the COVID-19 Prevention and Control was issued, specifying that those who have a history of travel or residence in countries or regions with COVID-19 cases reported in the past 14 days and meet the conditions of home quarantine, as well as people from overseas who are currently taking home quarantine in Hainan, should undergo closed observation at home.

5313 3月24日，中国疾控中心研究员吴尊友介绍，我国境外输入的病例在增加，对此已建立起“三道防线”：境外人员入关时，海关是第一道防线，通过测量体温、询问症状等进行筛查；第二道防线，入境人员要进行14天隔离观察，如果处在潜伏期进来的，能够发现病例；第三道防线，出现症状后去医疗机构就诊，医务人员也能够快速诊断和治疗。 On March 24, Wu Zunyou, Researcher at the China CDC, said that due to the increasing imported cases from overseas, China has established "three lines of defense". When people from overseas enter China, the customs will be the first line of defense, screening infections by taking their temperatures and inquiring about symptoms. As to the second line of defense, people from overseas are required to undergo a 14-day quarantined observation. By doing this, we can detected the patients under incubation period. The third line of defense is the medical institutions. People who have any signs or symptoms will be transferred to medical institutions for immediate diagnosis and treatment.

5315 3月24日上午，海南最后一名确诊新冠肺炎住院患者在省人民医院治愈出院。 On the morning of March 24, the last COVID-19 patient in Hainan was cured and discharged from the Provincial People's Hospital.
