7728 疑似病例连续两次新型冠状病毒核酸检测阴性（釆样时间至少间隔24小时）且发病7天后新型冠状病毒特异性抗体IgM 和IgG仍为阴性可排除疑似病例诊断。 If COVID-19 nucleic acid tests are negative for two consecutive times (with at least 24 hours interval between each test), and if COVID-19-specific lgM and IgG antibodies remain negative after 7 days from onset, the suspected diagnosis of COVID-19 can be ruled out.
